Wi-Fi calling not working

Hi, I have just switched the Virgin Media and got a pay monthly ac punt and iPhone 13 mini. Wifi calling is not working despite doing all of the recommended troubleshooting and a call to the support line.  As of this morning I can dial out when there is no mobile signal but not receive calls. I have very poor signal at home and so really need wifi calling to work. Any suggestions. Thanks

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your WiFi Calling at the moment! 

Have you taken a look to see How To Set Up WiFi and 4G Calling on your new phone? 

I've taken a look at the systems on our side and everything looks in order. Have you been able to resolve the issue since you posted, or are you still having issues?
