Why penalising old customers loyalty, Mr Branson?

I've been for past 4+ years with now quote crappy old tariff (15+ years Virgin customer). Unable to change tariff online for the said number. Customer service can change, but instead of monthly rolling they want to tie me up to 12 month contract? With other 2 (newer) numbers I can change tariffs online as I wish.

This tendency of Virgin Media/Mobile to penalize loyal customers is IRRITATING.

I had no plans to leave anyway, but this changed my attitude. Can't stand Branson's Virgin being so rude. So yes, I will look tonight for what other networks have to offer. The same for other 2 numbers and broadband, which I pay for quite a lot!

Cheers!

Re: Why penalising old customers loyalty, Mr Branson?

No 30 day rolling contracts, no PAYG, just 12 month contracts

And no Richard ... he only rents out the name

Plenty of good deals on 30 day at the moment

Right, it's interesting how Branson can push the Virgin name to several businesses and charge for the name. Clever money making.
