I've been for past 4+ years with now quote crappy old tariff (15+ years Virgin customer). Unable to change tariff online for the said number. Customer service can change, but instead of monthly rolling they want to tie me up to 12 month contract? With other 2 (newer) numbers I can change tariffs online as I wish.
This tendency of Virgin Media/Mobile to penalize loyal customers is IRRITATING.
I had no plans to leave anyway, but this changed my attitude. Can't stand Branson's Virgin being so rude. So yes, I will look tonight for what other networks have to offer. The same for other 2 numbers and broadband, which I pay for quite a lot!
