Why not try our Text Messaging Service?

The new SIM won't allow text messaging!!!


The new SIM won't allow me to make a call!!!


You will not refund my credit balance!!!


After 20 years with virgin mobile I now have to switch to another provider!!!

Sorry to hear of the trouble with your new SIM card, can you please elaborate on the issue you're experiencing? Is it showing any error message when you insert it?

No message when SIM inserted only when I text a message I get 'Error' when I try to call someone I get 'emergency number only'

The first SIM was but then I couldn't send a text or call anyone, I rang the 0345 number from my landline and a new SIM arrived yesterday but I still have the same problem 😞
