Why no WiFi calling?

I assume that with no WiFi calling settings visible on either my Google Pixel 4a or OnePlus Nord 2 - it means that this essential feature is not provided by Virgin Mobile? This was not clear when I signed up - indeed a show stopper in my poor signal house. Disappointing

Very limited range of phones supported. The list on the Web is a little out of date but basically iPhones, Samsung and a smattering of other that Virgin sell
