I cancelled my mobile contract as I am now living abroad. After I made the final payment, another plan payment has been taken from my account, which I would obviously like refunded.
But the only option to request this is to PHONE a number (I'm not doing that as I don't want to pay international call fees) or to TEXT (same as before) or to speak to their CHATBOT which is the worst system and 2 agents cut me off after I had filled in the information request forms.
Why is there not just a normal email address to make contact easily? Why is it so difficult to access any kind of living person working at Virgin?
