I had set up my phone for international travel but it does not connect to any network in Zimbabwe. It however did connect to Qatar and Zambia when I was passing through. Does Virgin not have a partner in Zimbabwe?

Hey Nalin, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you aren't able to use your services whilst in Zimbabwe.
