Why cant i sign into my mobile account AGAIN

Yet again for the second time this month I can not sign into  my mobile account from both mobile and computer, it wont let me passed the recapita, have cleared cookies on both but no joy, tried waiting for customer services but it becoming a joke, we have tried all mobiles in house but same prob on all. Someone please help before I ring up and scream at the call operater.

I'm having exactly the same issue. Reset my password this morning, wanting to log in now but as yourself, stuck on recapita. So annoying as I want to input my PAC code to move over from Vodafone.

 

Been nothing but issues with Virgin since I joined. 350m fibre broadband, my [REMOVED]. Some movement on this issue, well compensation, but no increase on speeds...

 

As for this, help would be appreciated.
