Virgin moved me to O2 but are still charging me every month. Why…? And how can I a)stop this and b) get a refund?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry for the confusion over the billing. Do you have a handset loan with us? If so, you'd still be paying Virgin for this, it was just the tariff that migrated to O2.
