Hi,

Has Virgin Mobile moved everyone to o2 mobile network?

If not could you tell me what network, my phone is on?
As my Samsung S9 only show Virgin, where as another Phone while turning on show o2 then Virgin.

Thanks for posting - we are moving all customers on to the O2 network, this process is taking upto three months to move people across.

Some phones that have network specific firmware will have a startup screen from their original network. As long as they're unlocked they can then be used on other networks.

For Virgin Mobile you can tell which radio network you're connected to by doing a manual network search.

If you see 'Virgin' and 'O2' then you're still on the Vodafone radio network that Virgin Mobile have been using for the last year or so.

If you see 'Virgin' and 'Vodafone' then you're now on the O2 radio network.

I don't mean to hijack, but does switching from Virgin/Vodafone to Virgin/O2 need a new SIM?  I can confirm using manual network search I am still on Virgin/Vodafone.
