Where is my replacement sim

Any information on when I will receive replacement sim. Ordered last Thursday. It's no fun when you have a phone that you can't use especially for banking purposes.

Sorry for any delay with your replacement SIM. They usually take 3-5 working days so there's a chance it could still be on it's way and arrive tomorrow. To make sure the order looks OK I'd be happy to take a look into it, just get back to me via PM (the purple envelope icon) so we can confirm the details.
