Where is my new sim-card??? Terrible customer service
Hi. I ordered a new broadband package and the €5 mobile offer a number ee of weeks ago but have still not recieved my sim card! I have tried to contact you guys so many times to find out what is happening and I just keep getting ignored! Your customer is terrible. Can you please tell me where my sim card is and why i have not yet reciebed it or gettomg any response from Virgin...
Thinking of cancelling everything! Very disappointing.

In this post you have mentioned the calling price in Euro's if that is correct where are you based as you are on the UK consumer forum for Virginmedia, if you are based in Eire then you will need to contact Virginmedia Ireland https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/
