On 29 July you requested I top up data, which I did £10 July 30 you updated my allowance with 1GB data But at this point I should have had 2 GB data not the 1
this is the third time of requesting. Should you fail to resolve, you have deemed to cancel this contract.

All extras need to be used before your allowances refresh to be able to get the most out of them 🙂
I getting messages that I have used 95%of my data and request to change my tarriff.
While I appreciate that I may have used 95% of Goodwill !! of/or contracted data I current have 1.26 data left.
please advise that currently I will not be charged extra untill I have used ALL my data.
I've had a peek at your details and can confirm you're still using your data allowances and have not made any chargeable data usage.
