My services were installed on the 20th of July, yet still no word on when I will receive my Oomph Unlimited data SIM which is a part of my package. It is something I am being charged for. Can I get the sim or a partial refund on my bill?

There is now a new problem. The details regarding the SIM have been sent to my wife's email. How the hell has that happened? I cannot even register a account as it asks for security answer that I don't have...🙄
