When will Virgin store in Gentleman's Walk, Norwich, reopen?

Anyone know when the Virgin mobile store in Norwich will re-open? The only reason I went with Virgin was because it had stores on the High Street you could visit if you had issues rather than have to resort to the Internet, which is a nuisance. Yet the store in Norwich has been closed since well before this current lockdown, so it's clearly nothing to do with the current Covid sitaution.

I can confirm that @dannylau is correct. Virgin have taken the decision to close all their stores permanently.

Thanks for this, very disappointing news as it was the only reason I signed up with Virgin guess I will have to find a new provider when contract expires.

Re: When will Virgin store in Gentleman's Walk, Norwich, reopen?

We also have O2, Vodafone, 3 and EE shops locally. They are actually stand alone shops, all currently open for repair/emergency phone problems.

Carphone Warehouse has closed all it's dedicated shops, and taken a small space inside Curry's/PC world, and to be honest, that's probably the best place for them...couple of times I tried to use them, staff had no clue about anything other than flogging you a phone, as quickly as possible so they could move on to the next 'punter'

It's only VM that have 'shut up shop' and withdrawn from actual 'face to face' services... all other providers have at least 'some'  presence where customers can get advice/help (even if it's not much help!!)
