Hi, I ordered a new iPhone 14 pro max on November 3rd and was told it was going to come on the 25th of November. On the 25th I was told I now had to wait an extra 14 days to receive my new phone, not only can I not track my order but due to not having the sim card I cannot activate my account as I'm told I need to sim code. Also, I need that sim to use when my current one stops working soon. I've tried contacting the helpline and live chat and nobody has provided me with useful information or alternative ways to get into my account to track my order or when I will actually receive my phone.
For a first-time customer as well am i pretty disappointed in how this is all being handled.
