What is the process to register power of attorney using online access code?

Thanks for you post and welcome to our Community.

To apply for Power of Attorney over this Virgin Media account, please send a copy of the Power of Attorney to:-

Chief Executive Team
Concord Business Park

Alternatively you can send us a copy via email but the document must be attached to the email as a PDF file. The email address is

Again in the email we will also require your full name, account number, account address and a covering note.

Once we’ve received the documentation,  you will receive a confirmation letter within 48 hours to confirm the nominated power of attorney can manage the account in the future.

Thanks for your reply but I know from previous posts that I have seen that it is possible to register the power of attorney using the online access code from the Office of the Public Guardian online power of attorney account.  I prefer that because I don't want to send the official copy by post.  Can you let me know what that process is please.
