I found the 'Spending Cap' breakdown I was looking for; I just hadn't looked at the main screen properly. The 'Recent Charges' option eventually led to what had been charged against my 'Spending Cap'. It was a single international call - I won't be making that mistake again!

Thanks for confirming you've got to the bottom of the issue you raised. I understand you've advised you won't be making a call to an international based number, but if you absolutely need to again some day, you can find the rates here.
