What happened to my mobile connection

Been with virgin for a few years. On a contract 100gig monthly, going fine until a few months ago where I went from 125mgb down to 4mgb down.  I think it’s when virgin moved from 02, but my daughter who is with gift gaff get 80mgb down and I believe gift gaff use the 02 system🤷‍♂️ phones next to useless now
