Can anyone tell me how to access the web chat?
the **bleep** at virgin have overcharged me massively. They’re not resolving my issue and I’m **bleep**ed if I’m gonna waste even more money calling them.
But, while their “support” pages state complaints can be made by web chat, mysteriously finding access to web chat is proving harder than alchemy.
it’s all part of the utterly **bleep**e virgin service, from my experience
but if anyone has the solution, I’d be grateful to receive it
