Weak signal

I get very poor reception when I am not using WiFi calling 

I can barley hear the other person and they can barley hear me when outside 

im lucky if I get 1 bar so the service I am paying for is no good as I can’t use it

i would like to cancel my sim as it is no good to me as it will not work

have tried the sim in 2 more phones and it’s the same

Very sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the services this isn't good and we'd be sad to see you go. 

Do you have issues with texting and data as well as calls? 

Can you confirm the postcode and we'll see if there's any known issues? 

Just so you know, we can look into cancelling the SIM but this would depend if you're within a contract and if there is an issue with the service in your area. 

Let me know the postcode and we'll take it from there 🙂

if you check my usage both minutes & data I have not been able to use it very much due to having issues

Thanks for coming back to us, I have checked your post code and cannot see any issues at all in the area and the signal strength has no issues, you can check this yourself here .

I all ready know that as I checked before I took out the contract

but I can’t use the service I am paying for 

I have tried the sim in 2 other phones and it’s the same

if you check out how much of my allowance I use a month it’s hardly any as the signal strength is poor and the only time I can use it is when I’m connected to WiFi 

so I’m paying for a service I can’t use
