Want to leave Virgin Media

Hello Virign Media Community. I hope all of you are doing fine. My account has suspended. Because I want to leave virgin Media. I called many time in virgin media helpline. But I got nothing. Can anyone help me out how i can ended sim package contract and leave the virgin media?

I am sorry to hear that the number is suspended  and to hear that you are leaving us.

This would happen when the payment is overdue or there is no active direct debit on the account. 

Can you confirm that the account is now up to date?
