Want to cancel 2 contracts as we are within the cooling period. Tried to contact for 36 hrs. Bored now!
We have been trying to contact Virgin Media for 36 hours Enough is enough and we now want to cancel the mobile contracts that were bought yesterday morning. Funny thing is we managed to get through to the sales team who assured us we would be transferred to someone who could help...I was daft enough to believe them and we were sent back to a machine! Any ideas anyone out there or is this Community page make believe?
