Hi,
I have a Pay Monthly Sim which I would like to cancel. I thought I had done this by following the "Leaving Virgin Mobile" I dont want to take my number with me I just want to cancel my account as I no longer have a need for the sim.
I have logged in my account today and noticed that my STAC code had expired and my contact is still running. How do I cancel my account?

A STAC code won't do anything unless you are applying it to another network. (Nothing happens their end but once acknowledged the Virgin account closes)
I'm afraid you will need to cancel by phone as disconnections are not handled by forum staff.
You could get another STAC and apply it to you present supplier.
