A sim card was sent to the wrong address making my current SIM inactive.
I ordered a new package hoping it would push forward another SIM being delivered, but I have no way of knowing.
I've called the phone lines, but they take me in circles and give me irrelevant links - refusing to take me to a real person.
All I need is a new SIM, why is there no service to help me?
Can nobody help me get a new SIM?
