I’m very disappointed in the level of customer service.

This Community was never intended for first line support. 

They have limited access to sales who are reachable on 0345 6000 789

I have tried that number multiple times. This community was my last resort, after many phone calls, emails and messages to the number they suggested.

You responded yesterday morning, I do not work on Saturdays so have only had sight of this today.
