Volt, change of sim

Have 3 services from VM including a mobile on rolling sim tariff. Can I leave VM sim to go to an o2 sim to access volt benefits?

You can chose to port one of your numbers over to O2

Thanks for prompt reply Alex but another query:

As you know with VM we pay a monthly fee for phone and  another for tariff.

If I port my number to 02 I obviously still have to pay for the phone. This is fine but is this "allowed" under the VOLT arrangements.  

(sorry rarely post here and not sure whether you actually work for VM!)

You would just continue to pay the handset loan with ourselves.
