I need a voice mail pin. I am in spain and cannot access my voicemail without a valid pin. To my knowledge I have never used a voicemail pin before. Please supply me with a new pin or at least a temporary one I can use

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are Roaming in Spain and do not have a Voicemail pin to access your messages, this is something you are meant to set up yourself Via your Mobile Online Account before you leave the UK.
