Voicemail

I received a voicemail whilst abroad. I did not pick the voicemail up and it’s now expired, however the notification is still showing and I can’t get rid of it. I’d be grateful for help on deleting this message please

Welcome to the community. 

Sorry to hear that there is still a voicemail notification is still showing. If you go into your voicemail and clear/save again any of your previous voicemails, the voicemail notification should also disappear

I’ve tried that and I’ve also tried leaving a new message and deleting that. The old message still remains

Can you please try fully rebooting your phone to see if this clears the notification. 

If not, please advise what phone, make and model you have.
