My phone keeps showing I have a voicemail but I’ve deleted all my messages and when I dial my voicemail says I have no new messages. Can anyone advise how to get rid of it

Hi AliC66,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
Our apologies for the issues with your phone showing a voicemail message but there not being one available, we will do all we can to help.
We would firstly recommend rebooting the handset to see if this removes the notification. If this does not work, please can you switch off notifications for the voicemail service and then reactivate them. This should be available via the voicemail settings on your handset but if you have any issues, please let us know which handset you have and we will assist further.
Thanks,

Thank you for your reply AliC66.
From the handset, can you please dial 222 to call Voicemail. When you get the automated message, please select option 3 to Manage Voicemail Settings.
When you select this, it will prompt you to turn the notifications off/on from there. Can you please amend the settings from there and then reboot your handset?
Please let us know how you get on.
Thanks,
