Hi, I’m trying to listen to my voicemails.
After I put the pin there is just silence and after a few seconds of silence, it says "thanks for calling Virgin Mobile voicemail" then it hangs up.

No, no issues calling anyone.
I am trying from another phone and it does the same thing.
I have seen several posts here with the same issue
