Same problem like so many others. I am abroad and did not set up a voicemail pin, because I didn't know I had to. I tried a generic one, and got my voicemail blocked.
I called customer service, and they are unable to help. They said they can only help if I taje the sim out of my mobile to tell them the info written on it, which will interrupt the call. Then they suggested a device troubleshoot link, which doesn't solve the problem.
Hence, I am stuck. Really bad customer experience, when a customer service cannot help with such a simple issue!
