I seem to have an increasing number of voicemail messages but I can't access them now I'm in France. I have absolutely no memory of ever setting up a pin for this service. Calling 7890 just leaves me holding for a suggested 45 minutes. No way!
Please help. It might be the ferry company cancelling my crossing!
Until a member of the team gets here to set a temp pin (They will need your account details) can you not phone the ferry company? I'm sure I've phoned both Brittany Ferries and DFDS when in France on different occasions.
