Voicemail pin while abroad

Hi,

I'm currently away from the UK and need to access my voicemail. But it's asking for a pin that I don't remember setting. I tried all the important numbers I may have used but now it's locked and the customer service line tells me to come here. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Help! I'm currently in Spain with my 2 Virgin mobiles and can't access my voicemail on either one. I have no recollection of ever sitting up a PIN - any ideas would be gratefully received.

Hello, I have the same problem, can not remember setting a pin for voicemail and never needed one. Unfortunately now I'm abroad have few messages and can not listen to them.

Hello

I am having the same issue but I don't recall setting up a PIN. I have to urgently access my voicemail but it is impossible to reach any customer support via phone. I did 3 three failed attemps so I can't try the default PIN now as the voicemail is now temporarily unavailable.

If you could help it would be most appreciated, thank you!
