Voicemail pin in france

I have two devices where I need to reset the voicemail pin to access voicemail. The voicemail has now been locked. Nothing on the help and support sites to assist and no warning that I need a pin whilst overseas 😖

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your voicemail looked into, I am sorry it's locked you out whilst abroad. 

Can I ask when you'll be back in the UK please? 

I ask because it may be hard to get your voicemail unlocked whilst you're outside of the UK, although there are things we can try 🙂
