Hi,
I have been using Virgin landline for a decade and this morning it happened first time for me. This morning I could not answer the phone call on landline and tried to replay the voicemail by pressing 1571. Automatic message told me to press 1 and I pressed 1 as usual, but this morning it did not replay and told me repeatedly "press 1".
Does anyone have the same experience? Or does anyone have an advice what to do in this situation?

Sorry to hear of the voicemail issues. Is the voicemail service as a whole working or just the message function of it?

It looks like just the replay function is not working. Voicemail service seems working OK as a whole except for the replay function.

Thanks for your patience. OK so I have scheduled a work order on the system for the faults management team. This is to investigate and resolve the voicemail playback issue. Should be solved within 24-72 hours.
