Hi, I am in Colombia and have been unable to check my voicemail. I have spent about £15 calling customer support, first to reset my pin I didn’t know I had and then to ask for the number to call for the voicemail because when I press on the VM icon I just hear a dead line. The person on the line told me told hold 1 and that would work but it doesn’t!? Please help!! It’s has been 4+ weeks

Has this been resolved since your post on Monday, or is this still on going?
If you're still having a problem with the voicemail service, can you please advise me if you set up the voicemail features on the handset before leaving the UK or if this has only been done whilst abroad?
