Voicemail - not registered on network

I have apparently received a voicemail. I cannot access it. I keep getting an alert that I have received it. When I try to listen to the message, I see the message Not registered on network.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Re: Voicemail - not registered on network

Hi WG1316 👋 welcome back to community! Thank you for posting.

Sorry to hear you have a stuck voicemail notification. If you can please try the following;

1) First, try leaving a new voicemail on the phone. Once done, listen to the new voicemail in full until you are prompted to delete it, (at which point, go ahead and do this.)

2) Check your voicemail inbox is definitely empty by deleting all messages, including any saved ones, and to then perform a reboot of the handset.

Let us know how you get on so we can offer further support if needed! 🌞

Wishing you all the best.

Molly

Re: Voicemail - not registered on network

Molly,

It's not that I cannot delete the voicemail, I cannot access it to do anything with it. When I try to access the voicemail I see the message: Not registered on network.

Re: Voicemail - not registered on network

Ah okay, thank you for this detail  @WG1316

Just to confirm, is this on a mobile handset or your landline?

Re: Voicemail - not registered on network

Thanks WG1316,

Can you please confirm if you've tried leaving a voicemail yourself, and whether you get the same error?

Can you also confirm how you're accessing your voicemail?
