Voicemail locked

Hi my voicemail got locked due to a pin I definitely didn’t set. I clearly can’t call customer services right now, and wanted to check my messages as I’m expecting calls to have been made in the last few days while I was unreachable.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the voicemail services on your mobile phone.

Check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner and I'll aim to have this resolved.
