Voicemail locked abroad

Hi,

I am already abroad and did not know I had to setup a PIN before leaving to be able to listen to my voicemails. 

Can you please provide me with a PIN?

Hey Sandrinedimi, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry your voicemail is not working.

If you did not set this up before you left to go overseas we will not be able to set this up until you are back in the UK.

It needed to to be done beforehand.

I’ve seen on threads of other people that you could help and setup the PIN or unlock the voicemail. 

It would be nice if you could do the same for me too.

Hi,

It is really not helpful. I only realised I needed a PIN once abroad and I cannot believe there is no way to unlock it while abroad.

Could you escalate my request to your manager please? They may have the authorisation to do this.

Hey Sandrinedimi, thank you for reaching out I have sent you a PM.

As frustrating as it is its how the systems work a voicemail need to be set up before you go.

No matter what we do we won't be able to get working whilst over seas but we can have it working for when you come home. 

It just how systems work its because you are using a different mobile carrier over there either me or a manager can get this working whist overseas but please reply back to me and we can everything else working including a complaint.
