I am the account holder and my phone is fine however my husband cannot access his voicemail. He calls, get asked for a pin, which he enters then get silence for 10 seconds or so then gets a message saying thanks for calling virgin voicemail, goodbye. There is no verbal menu options provided for him to listen to his messages
His phone is Samsung galaxy j6. He's had it for over a year now and all was working fine until recently. Followed the advice to call voicemail then leave for 20 mins and turn off and on again but to no effect. Also text message with virgin help for ages as he is not the account holder. Eventually they messaged to say pass the phone to me which he did and told them I had it and we have not heard anything since!
