Hi there, wonder if you can help

I am currently studying for a few months in Germany and missed a really important call. I have tried to access my voicemail to listen to the message but it keeps on asking for a PIN, which I never set. I have tried using the default PIN of 7890 but that doesn't work either. Is there anything you can do to help?

Welcome to our Community Help Forum 🙂 Thank you for making your first post regarding access your voicemail, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems listening to your voicemails whilst in Germany.

I'm going to send you a Private Message now to obtain the details required to reset your Voicemail PIN, then you should be able to access them! Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right corner and get back to me when you can.
