Voicemail asking for PIN and now locked whilst abroad

I'm currently abroad in Sweden and my voicemail is saying it is locked due to 3 failed attempts and wants a PIN. I have never set a PIN for my voicemail. I cant find a ay of unlocking this, and even if I could, I have never set a PIN to access my voicemail (that i use frequently when at home in the UK)
