My voicemail has suddenly decided to ask for a pin code but I've no idea what it is or remember ever setting one up. It's never asked me before. Can you help please?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your Voicemail asking for a PIN. We are aware of this and it's been raised with the relevant teams who are already investigating things. 

Can you try accessing your voicemail by calling 222 instead?
