Hi, I am trying to access my voicemail from abroad and don't know the pin. As far as I know I have never set one up before. Can it be reset? Thanks.

Hey @fdevaux, thank for your post and reaching out today. 

I am sorry to see you are having issues with your voicemail. It is asking you that due to security reasons normally a pin would be set up from home before you go.

If you haven't sent up a pin before you left the UK, you wouldn't be able to use your voicemail whilst away.

What I will do is send you a PM so I can help you out if that sounds good?
