Every time I access voicemail after my pin is accepted it then goes quiet then an automated response saying “thanks for calling” and call then terminates.

Welcome to our Community Help Forum. Thank you for making your first post regarding accessing your voicemail from abroad, I'm sorry to hear that the call terminates before you can access this.
