Voicemail abroad

I can’t find any other way to contact Virgin & unfortunately the phone line is too long.

I have an important voicemail to access but cannot as it says I must enter a pin. I don’t remember ever setting up a pin? 

I live abroad but still use my UK number for reference. 

does anyone know how to fix this?

We recommend our customers take a look at our Using Virgin Mobile While Abroad page to see what are the best steps to take before travelling abroad. We would also recommend taking a look at our Set Up Virgin Mobile Voicemail page to see how you can do this before you travel.

However, as you're already abroad and having issues accessing your Voicemail, I'll be happy to look into this further for you.
