I went through the process by phoning to get advice but it was over 40 mins at local rates.
So, I e-mailed for help but through this they asked security questions, which I messed up on once and so they sent a re-set letter to my registered address. Virgin won't even email me the solution, it has to be posted!! Great so far you may think - BUT I am in Spain for the next month or so and cannot get back to the UK to use the letter. They will only send this to the registered address - so much for paperless service !!!!
Does anybody know another way of getting voicemail PIN assistance for when you are abroad?
