Voicemail PIN whilst abroad

Hi I’m in Spain but can’t access my voicemail as I haven’t set up a pin. Can you help me please?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with accessing your Voicemail abroad! I can understand how frustrating this can be. 

We recommend our customers take a look at our Using Virgin Mobile Abroad before their travels as this can help prepare you for your trip. Have you taken a look at our Spain Roaming Costs? This can help with any possible charges while you're away.
