Hello. I am currently on holiday and am trying to access my voicemail overseas. I couldn't remember my password and have been locked out of voicemail. Please can you tell me how I can access my Voicemail or reset the pin?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are unable to access your Voicemail, when going abroad you need to set up a Voicemail pin first, you can find out more around Roaming including what you need to do and all relevant charges here.
