Voicemail - Can't connect

When I dial voicemail it rings off immediately i.e. no ringing tone and no response. I am abroad, but I know my pin - I simply can't get through...any ideas?

Sorry to hear that your voicemail isn't working. 

Was this a new pin that you set up before leaving the UK or is this an older PIN that you've used before that has worked prior?

The pin is a couple of years old and I set it up abroad

Does all your other mobile service work fine at this time whilst abroad? Any issues with calls, texts or browsing the web?

What model of handset are you using? What other troubleshooting and diagnostics have you performed thus far?

HI Zach_R. It's a Samsung Galaxy s7 - so quite old, but everything else seems to be working well. I'm not v techy so haven't done any other troubleshooting, but I've checked basics e.g. voicemail number and ability to call other UK numbers.

Is it to one number or all number? 

Have you tried taking your sim out and putting it back in?
